Wendy’s releases limited edition ‘Rick and Morty’ combos
To celebrate its sixth season, Adult Swim’s rick and morty has partnered with Wendy’s to offer limited-edition Coca-Cola Freestyle flavors, mix-and-match meals and product giveaways.
The fast food chain has brought back Portal Time Lemon Lime, a flavor previously popular in its Freestyle machines with tart citrus and sweet lime, and added a new one called Froopyland Froopunch, with spliced citrus, tart cherry and orange.
To accompany its intergalactic thirst-quenching drinks, the brand has also introduced two new combo meals: the Hot Honey NOT Birdperson Combo and the Riggity Riggity Wrecked Combo.
The first features spicy breaded chicken breast with pepper jack cheese, Applewood-smoked bacon, crispy dill bits, and a tangy honey-habanero sauce drizzled on top—”the taste of quantum paradox.”

The latest is a quarter-pound beef patty with Applewood-smoked bacon, American cheese, crispy onions, and sweet-smoky bourbon bacon sauce—”a classic bourbon-bacon adventure.”
Act fast though – these special meals will only be available over the weekend. Everyone who orders from the temporary Morty’s menu on Uber Eats through September 11 will also be entered to win exclusive merchandise, including hoodies, sweatpants and bucket hats.
