How to make cauliflower chicken wings
- Add all ingredients to a large zip lock bag and close tightly. Shake well to combine all ingredients and coat cauliflower.
- If using a deep fryer, heat to 350ºF and cook for 15 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through.
- Remove to a serving platter and serve with chopped celery and blue cheese dressing, if desired.
- Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat.
- Add the cauliflower in a single layer and bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Serve as above.
Tips for Making Air Fried Cauliflower Wings
- If you can’t find the buffalo wing relish, you can omit the relish and mayonnaise and substitute 1/3 cup buffalo sauce (see video below).
- Coat the fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray before adding the cauliflower for easy cleanup.
What to Serve with Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
Serve Cauliflower Buffalo Wings as an appetizer or snack with ranch dressing or blue cheese as a dip. Alternatively, you can chop the cauliflower into small pieces and serve in a salad for a light meal.
