Tara ‘Teaspoon’ Bench’s Loaded Guacamole Dip

We love this TikTok-ready take on the classic seven-layer dip from the new cookbook. Delicious meetings by Bench Tara “Spoon” from the popular blog Tara Teaspoon.
Creating this impressive-looking dish can be a bit tricky the first time, says Bench, so don’t get caught up in it. “‘Load’ your sauce however you like on your platter or layer it in a glass dish,” he suggests. And for a smaller gathering, simply cut the recipe in half and use a smaller plate.
Look for roasted corn at Trader Joe’s, or cut the kernels off an ear of corn and char them with a little olive oil and salt in a skillet on the stove.
Pressed for time? In a pinch, buy the guacamole and use packaged salsa verde. “I won’t tell,” promises Bench.
